I moved in here on sept. 11 2017 love it clean lots of nice people have met some people I can call friends which I haven’t had for a while thank you lord for steering me to this place. Also good food and medical places close by easy to get there. Thanks A.E.R.C.

Great senior independent living HUD location. Many planned activities and trips to cultural events and even grocery shopping. Dining room serves dinners M-F, and individual apartments have own kitchens. A nice place!

How do you write a review for a HUD senior apartment complex. This place is very safe, clean, and friendly staff. It meets and exceeds your expectations. Fantastic for an active (or semi) adult. Their activities director - Kelli - goes out of her way to ensure there are plenty of activities and each resident feels special.
